- Performs special projects and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Lead requirements gathering process by interacting with stakeholders to understand. their needs, translating them into tangible requirements and design documents.
- Perform analysis of business processes, systems, data structures, and flows, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design and develop business intelligence models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Visualize data through a variety of methods, including but not limited to data visualization tools, heat maps, and infographics.
- Develop process maps to document current and/or desired business processes.
- Create operational and financial models to forecast outcomes and optimize processes.
- Design technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Produce written reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders to showcase findings and recommend solutions.
- Provide project management support to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to break down complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout all stages of the project.
- Develop technical writing deliverables, such as requirements documents, technical specifications, user manuals, etc.
- Strong knowledge of system development life cycle concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of business and system workflow documentation methods.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science field and five years or more experience in system analysis and testing.
- Prior state government experience highly desired.
