Vaco, a global talent and solutions provider, is assisting a global manufacturing organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This position is onsite in the Wilmington, Delaware area. No relocation is available and remote candidates will not be considered.The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a Business Partner to the Plant Manager for multiple facilities in the United States while under the supervision of the Controller for North American Shared Services. Strong analysis and strategic finance skills are a must, along with a deep understanding of manufacturing financial drivers and internal reporting.Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
CPA is highly desirable
Strong system acumen (Excel and common ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Hyperion)
Prior experience within a manufacturing environment with multiple locations
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and partner across multiple disciplines within the company
