Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for Toll ServicesSalary: Approximately 1300 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance). Package with company accommodation is 1040 euro gross p/m plus free accomodation (so no cost for rent and utility bills)Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week between Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.Overview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.The Role:As a Customer Service Advisor you will represent a company that offers electronic toll collection systems in Portugal. In this role you will provide dedicated customer support via phone, email, chat and social media to assist users with account inquiries, technical support and other related issues.RequirementsFluent in Dutch and English
Previous customer service experience desired
Willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task in a busy environmentOn offer1040 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without company accommodation is 1300 euro gross
Full training provided
12 month contract (renewable/extendable if you love it!)
