Job SummaryProvides a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment through refreshing different spaces throughout the healthcare system under the direction of a supervisor. Participates in the overall building management program to provide high-quality, cost-effective service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality, cost effective service with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction.Mostly involved with facilities construction, and refresh efforts, including painting, drywall repair etc. Most work is performed as a team, alongside a tradesperson or a carpenter, but there may be independent work as well. Commercial drywall, painting and flooring finishing experience preferred.
