JOB SUMMARY:Establish and maintain relationships with and sales to field and/or operational personnel employed by customers and prospects.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with LUFKIN’s existing customer base as well as prospective customers.
  • Create awareness of LUFKIN’s capabilities to customers and prospects. Define customer issues and create solutions employing LUFKIN resources.
  • Understand operators’ plans, intent and operational issues, including technical and logistical.
  • Know the scope of field locations, and the financial and managerial authority of operators’ representatives.
  • Understand operators’ relationship to LUFKIN and competitors.
  • Communicate information on customers and prospects to management.
  • Attend industry social functions and stay abreast of industry developments and changes.
  • Complete required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education and Training: High School education or equivalent or as deemed sufficient by management
  • Technical Requirements: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent communications skills. Clean driving record.
  • Experience: At least three years’ experience, or as deemed sufficient by management
