- Establish and maintain professional relationships with LUFKIN’s existing customer base as well as prospective customers.
- Create awareness of LUFKIN’s capabilities to customers and prospects. Define customer issues and create solutions employing LUFKIN resources.
- Understand operators’ plans, intent and operational issues, including technical and logistical.
- Know the scope of field locations, and the financial and managerial authority of operators’ representatives.
- Understand operators’ relationship to LUFKIN and competitors.
- Communicate information on customers and prospects to management.
- Attend industry social functions and stay abreast of industry developments and changes.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Education and Training: High School education or equivalent or as deemed sufficient by management
- Technical Requirements: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent communications skills. Clean driving record.
- Experience: At least three years’ experience, or as deemed sufficient by management
