Main role is to coordinate all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.The Multifamily Superintendent can expect the following duties:
  • Site Superintendent will be responsible for following the program created by the lead superintendent to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet the project time lines and requirements.
  • Weekly Subcontractor meetings to be conducted by the Lead Superintendent to include, but not limited to a look ahead schedule review, safety, SWPPP, quality control, RFI's, submittals, coordination items, toolbox topics, etc.
  • Site Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in planning prior to going vertical. Plan review to include, but not limited to; Fair Housing Compliance, Code Compliance, Construct-ability, Long Lead Items, Turn Sequence (Including Jurisdictional requirements), Egress, Dimensional Conflicts, Quality Control, Potential MEP conflicts, Etc.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • 3-5 years experience on multifamily projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred.
  • Must be PC proficient. (Procore or Bluebeam knowledge preferred)
