We seek to promote independence and well-being at every opportunity, giving our service users the strength and courage to lead normal and healthy lives once again. As a Social Worker experienced in working in Intermediate Care settings and hospitals, you will be reaching out to those in crisis or who are acutely unwell within the community and the hospitals itself.We currently have x 1 post available for this role.There is an expectation for you to travel to different locations across East Lancashire. This includes travel to various hospitals and office bases as well as completing face to face assessment with the residents of East Lancashire in their homes and care homes. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. As this is a 7-day service (including bank holidays) there will be a requirement for you to work up to 26 weekends per year, we offer pay enhancements for weekend working.Please ensure you have uploaded and attached your supporting statement to evidence how you meet the criteria for the role.
