- Position Objective.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Work with project director and program leadership to develop and implement a program evaluation strategy that includes measures of reach, process, and intermediate and long-term outcomes and aligns with program vision and goals
- Act as a liaison and serve as a primary point of contact with funders, external entities, and ACOG staff to support development and implementation of an evaluation strategy
- Manage the day-to-day operations for the program’s evaluation processes, including but not limited to development of data collection instruments or protocols; data collection, management, and analysis; drafting of publications and reports; and dissemination activities
- Collaborate with program staff and internal stakeholders on evaluation logistics to ensure effective implementation of the program evaluation strategy
- Work with leadership to incorporate lessons learned and evaluation findings into program strategic plans and to drive continuous improvement of the program and evaluation strategy
- Review program workplans and deliverables to evaluate performance and deliverables progress
- Provide evaluation technical assistance and other training to internal and external entities to develop or refine evaluation strategies
- Manage ongoing and emerging evaluation and reporting expectations, including at a minimum management of biannual reports; enrollment reports; impact statements; and other evaluation or project report requests
- Develop a strategy for ongoing monitoring and internal review of key program goals to inform continuous improvement to programmatic work
- Travel as needed to fulfill outlined activity requirements and represent the program to exhibit, present, and network
- Manage and respond to inquiries from staff, contractors, partnering organizations, and funders
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience required. Experience working with public health and federally funded programs preferred.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with business intelligence software, such as Tableau, and survey data collection platforms, such as Qualtrics and REDCap, preferred
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and make independent judgements
- Ability to work on fully grant-funded projects
