Req ID 68458 Sakarya, TürkiyeWe are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer for our Sakarya location.Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Engineering & Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a tier-one automotive supplier
Proven experience of complex problem solving (8D methodology) and APQP/PPAP and Experience in working with the understanding of: PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC
Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English
Knowledge of different manufacturing technologies (casting, chemicals, rubber and plantics)
Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli and No military obligation for male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to achieve timely resolution of supplier quality problems
Own and manage day-to-day supplier quality (Production and Customer) issues until fully resolved and corrective actions are in place
SDE on the definition and implementation of quality improvement plans, organize and conduct process audits at supplier sites
Support all aspects of New Product Introduction activities and supplier requests for change, including tracking and management of PPAP part approval to agreed delivery plan
Manage supplier cost recovery for parts per commodity
