High school diploma or G.E.D., required
Courses in Shop, Arithmetic, General Science, Plumbing, Basic Electricity I, Air Conditioning I and II or IV, Black Seal Boiler License - Low Pressure and refrigeration courses preferred
Previous experience in the building trade; healthcare setting preferred
Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing
Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment
Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
