- Assist senior attorneys in all phases of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client representation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and client meetings as necessary.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience in family law practice preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
