The responsibilities will also include the developing and managing connectivity and integration of systems with bank's electronic trading platforms. Drive strategies for the development and maintenance of IT systems across various functions - Client and market Connectivity Management of stakeholders in business locations across geographies for alignment of IT delivery with business and broader IT division priorities. Liaising with other TDI divisions for enhancing the market connectivity/participation platforms and to promote innovative solutions. Ensure growth of engineering capability in region along with Innovation Upskill and transform the function to drive and support the global strategic program for IBAFCC technology. Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies. Knowledgeable of investment banking, sales & trading, asset management and similar industries Experience/ Exposure Managed relationships global business stakeholders, technology architecture and delivery teams. Expertise in designing trading systems connectivity software platforms, knowledge of enterprise level markets connectivity for trading technology in EQT, FIC technology and other core trading tech domains. Understanding of Financial exchange structure (memberships, markets, segments etc.) and knowledge of European and US exchange tech platforms Lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving data excellence across the organization. Experience in attracting, leading, and developing a diverse pool of developers in a distributed global organization. Experience with modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in structuring, leading, and delivering large scale change with diverse and distributed stakeholders. Excellent multi-channel communication skills, with proven experience of engaging and influencing both internal and external senior stakeholders. Experiences in Banking/ Financial Services domain and understanding regulatory obligations would be a plus.
