  • Managing relationships between procurement and off-site departments.
  • Placing orders and ensuring stock is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Working well in a team - but having the ability to work alone too.
  • Phoning and/or emailing team members to ensure information is kept current.
  • Testing and evaluating products and understanding quality requirements.
  • Performing various administrative jobs.
Requirements, Skills, & Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service or Procurement would be advantageous.
  • Completed Degree or Diploma
  • Fast and accurate administrative work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of planning and the logistics process relating to products.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong affiliation to systems, utilising them to increase productivity in line with the business strategy.
