- Managing relationships between procurement and off-site departments.
- Placing orders and ensuring stock is delivered in a timely manner.
- Working well in a team - but having the ability to work alone too.
- Phoning and/or emailing team members to ensure information is kept current.
- Testing and evaluating products and understanding quality requirements.
- Performing various administrative jobs.
- At least one year of experience in Customer Service or Procurement would be advantageous.
- Completed Degree or Diploma
- Fast and accurate administrative work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of planning and the logistics process relating to products.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong affiliation to systems, utilising them to increase productivity in line with the business strategy.
