In addition, will perform related patient care activities such as removing & reapplying dressings, providing transportation, providing patient education, completing daily progress notes, and ensuring accurate charge entry. Prepares schedules for patients' treatment, and cleans and disinfects equipment as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualify for CCS paneling requirement. Attends discharge planning meetings for children with discharge needs applicable to the discipline. Assures that the non CCS paneled therapists/ therapy assts and Rehab Techs will be supervised by a CCS paneled therapist for the care provided to children aged 0-21. Participates in care coordination activities when children are being discharged with therapy and coordinates the transfer of care to the CCS Medical Therapy Units in the school system as appropriate.Total CompensationIn addition to the salary range listed below, we offer a wealth of benefits to make working at UCI even more rewarding.
