- Management of Starr’s Multinational Program communication platform
- Managing various vendor relationships - Multinational Insurance Rules & Regulations platform, Multinational Communication Platform enhancing subscriptions and negotiating contract renewals.
- Training & support of the Multinational Communication Platform. Providing initial and ongoing training for both Producing Offices and Issuing Offices.
- Identify areas where Multinational Communication Platform can be enhanced to provide a better experience for the Starr user’s, broker and clients.
- Oversight of MN Insurance Rules & regulations engine (wiki) within the Multinational Communication Platform. Monitoring the performance by network office and performing biannual reviews.
- Develop and maintain MN Network bulletins – frequent notices to inform of process, regulatory or any form of change that impacts the Starr MN Network.
- Monitoring the use of iCede by our Network Issuing Offices, making sure they complete the tasks expected and within agreed upon timelines.
- Work with all lines of business - providing demonstrations of the Multinational Communication Platform’s capability, understanding their varying workflows and how platform can be enhanced or adjusted to suit their requirements.
- Managing access & security of the Multinational Communication Platform can in conjunction with the Corporate IT department. Creating/Adding new internal users, with the use of the internal security system, adding/removing issuing offices and onboarding or removing individual users when needed.
- Provide access to the Axco suite of products, create internal awareness of new products and arrange training, if needed.
- Budget planning around cost for outside Insurance services that Starr MN is subscribing to.
- Develop and manage the US Property Reverse Flow team. Creation of process & procedures for this business. Such tasks will be creation of good local policy form, various training of existing staff, setting controls, working with operations on processing the business and coordinating with US underwriting, when needed.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educationPreferred Education Specifics
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or International BusinessCPCU, ARe, ARM or other professional insurance designation a plusPreferred Work Experience
- A min of 10 years of Multinational business experience
- A min of 5 years Commercial insurance experience in Underwriting,
- Innate business relationship building skills and capabilities
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and wiling to work beyond normal working hours due to different time zones
- A “self-starter” and ability to follow through to complete tasks
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word
