- Responsible for period financial modeling, planning & reporting of net sales, inclusive of international subsidiaries in China, Brazil, Australia, Indonesia, and other foreign locations.
- Acts as primary financial business partner for the entire international portfolio of products, including SPAM, Nut Butters, Refrigerated, Simple Meals and Planters. This includes providing monthly/quarterly/annual business analysis that identify variances against AOP and forecast as well as a monthly written report to support the International Board of Directors report.
- Identifies need for analysis and proactively uses internal and external data to uncover insights, leverage analytics, and unlock growth and cost savings opportunities for the organization.
- Maintains the financial models and inputs for their respective business.
- Responsible for modeling and forecasting commodity cost impact on profitability. Supports pricing updates and promotional activities.
- Builds strong relationships, manages timelines, coordinates, and collaborates with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other cross functional partners around the globe.
- Financial owner for assigned portfolio, supporting the division's initiatives surrounding Demand Creation Review (DCR) and the entire Integrated Business Process (IBP). Identifies and communicates risks and opportunities for their business.
- Supports investment in business growth through Capex or Innovation by providing needed inputs and risk analysis for assigned portfolio.
- Identifies opportunities and drives change in support of continuous improvement.
- Performs ad-hoc financial analysis and provides insights for management and marketing team as requested.
- Must manage a complex portfolio, with multi-currency, multi-ledger and multi-language transactions across many legal entities and different time zones. Must understand intercompany relationships, transfer pricing, and unique ownership structures.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of Finance or related FP&A experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to search and work-cross functionally to form recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in financial models.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated pattern of initiative and accountability.

- Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

- Advanced professional certification in analytics or finance.
- Experience in Brand Finance, Finance, Marketing or Revenue Growth.
