Entry Level Manufacturing Trainee
  • Pay Range: $18 - $21.80/hr depending on shift
  • Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am
  • Start: ASAP
The Entry Level Manufacturing Trainee opening in Gorham Maine is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in a variety of manufacturing departments. In this role you will learn many different manufacturing skills including: inventory control, shipping and receiving, machine operation, and so much more! If you are looking for the position that could jump start your career in machining, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!Starting Job Duties for Entry Level Employees are:
  • Receiving in raw materials
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Inventory control
  • Order picking
Throughout your training, you will also begin to learn the following skill sets:
  • Prep operations in the Manual Department.
  • CNC Machine operations.
  • Learn how to hone, polish,and etch, products
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • And so much more!
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible team player mentality, with a professional personality and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to achieve team goals in a timely manner.
