- Provide advice to workers about company rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
- Responsible for work recruitment and selection of employees including arranging interviews and hiring staff.
- Supervise and responsible for employee training and development and organize various trainings for employees.
- Responsible for the time recording system, wages including prepare payroll and welfare of employees, social security, Tax's, health insurance, accident insurance. and reimbursement of medical expenses.
- Responsible for labor relations employee activities Receive complaints and resolve issues
- Responsible for administrative work Contract government agencies request for permit, Visa, Work permit, residence notification and 90 days report.
- Any others project if assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR function.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external people.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in Thai labor law is preferred.
