- Manage and supervise HR-Operations team, including employee's welfare benefits, employee's personal data, attendance, leave and payroll.
- Manage HR systems and ensure HR-Operations initiatives are cost-effective and run smoothly.
- Country expert on HR operations to lead HR operations and payroll team.
- Promote global HR processes, systems and HR helpdesk, employee/manager self-services.
- Manage employee service satisfaction and level up employee experience.
- Manage and ensure data accuracy of employee HR & payroll data and on time pay.
- Manage compliance and participate the internal & external audits including SOX, EICC, SR, RBA, Labor audits etc.
- Country contact of HR related systems Workday HR, country attendance system and processes
- Project manager for country system launch out (Workday HR, Time &Payroll system) including Data interface UAT,SIT, Regression Testing, etc.
- Represent as country point of view on requirements for HRIS system optimization and solicit feedback.
- Ensure appropriate change management for process or system changes.
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve HR processes automation and efficiency.
- Key member of global and local HR Efficiency projects like mobile apps, HR portal, automation design, etc.
- Manage HR technology innovation for new platform, tools, apps to continue simplify and deliver.
- Work with HR Operations regional lead on cascading global process, and ensure Sox compliance and process optimization priorities.
- Other assignments
- Bachelor degree or above with HR, Information management, Computer Science, related major.
- 5 + years People management experience, 8 + years HR Operation experience in MNC is preferred.
- HR system expert in Workday HR/Time system is preferred.
- Expert on MS excel, word, ppt.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service attitude, Interpersonal and counseling skills
- Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity, manage pressure.
- Familiar with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and related HR Gov. Policy.
