- Be the main contact and HR advisor for internal customers in employees development, organizational changes, ad-hoc issues
- Be responsible for recruitment and hiring to ensure timely, optimal & quality hiring according to the company’s values and culture;
- Support on-boarding of newcomers and newly appointed employees
- Promote and represent the company image and culture;
- Work closely with internal customers to develop recruiting plans and processes, implement innovative methods of hiring and assessment
- Advising internal customers on all aspects of the process and talent market intelligence;
- Consolidate candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process
- Build candidate internal database
- Collecting market data via interview process
- Exit interviews and analytics
- HR specialist or HR Generalist 3+ year, Recruiter background is a must;
- Strong communication skills, with spoken and written English
- Understanding and experience with non-mass recruitment;
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed;
- A proactive approach and self-reliant personality;
- Office is located near the metro station Otradnoe.
- Working schedule 5 \ 2 from 9.00 to 18.00.(hybrid format 3\2)
