- Manage and improve IT service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Coordinate the ticketing process using ServiceNow or a similar system.
- Implement and maintain ITIL best practices across service delivery functions.
- Oversee the technical service management of IT services, ensuring high performance.
- Develop and present service reports to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Identify areas of improvement in the service delivery process and recommend solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to meet service delivery targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Solid understanding of SLAs and experience in meeting or exceeding SLA targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in managing IT services for a large-scale enterprise.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- 3rd level degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
