- Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary action
- Accounts Receivable functions
- Participates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)
- Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenue
- Labor and Workforce Planning: follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirements
- Manage supervision of Resident Trust accounts
- Risk Management and Safety program management
- Complies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc.
- Must have valid WA NHA license
- Prior experience working as an Administrator preferred
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
