Work directly with the CEO to created and execute national sales plan
Work with a great inside sales team beneath you as you help this public company division continue the growth it has had over 80 years
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the manufacturing sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
  • A record of sales leadership experience prefered.
  • At least three years of sales experience required.
  • Experience in manufacturing a must (Automotive Industry, Deep Draw, or Metal Stamping experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
