We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. Primary Responsibilities Invoice and Billing Management Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner Review billing discrepancies and resolve issues with customers Process billing adjustments as needed Collections and Follow-Up Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and facilitate timely collections Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments Cash Application Apply payments received to customer accounts accurately Reconcile payments with invoices and account for any discrepancies Aging Reports and Reporting Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management Customer Service Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address their concerns professionally Account Reconciliation Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies Investigate and resolve unapplied paymentsRequisitosCandidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role Proficient in accounting principles, practices, and software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities Advanced-Level English language skills This role requires candidates to work onsite at our office in the Tower Financial CenterBeneficiosAt Insignia, we value our team members and strive to create a supportive work environment.
