- Provide technical support for customers on complex card inquiries
- Process customer card disputes and requests
- Monitor, process, and complete transactions and appropriate documentation per customers request
- Monitor electronic communication from multiple digital channels
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Successfully pass a credit check required
- 1+ years of bank experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with large server based applications and Microsoft Office products preferred
