- Develop and nurture relationships with industrial clients, understanding their automation needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of automation projects and services.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals, maximizing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide regular performance reports, tracking KPIs and offering insights to drive continuous improvement in client partnerships.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the field
- Degree preferred in technical engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Microsoft office, SAP, internal Sales platforms
- Fluent in English and respective local language skills
