As a Fantasy Revenue Operations Associate, you’ll be a member of our growing DFS Revenue Operations team, focused on utilizing data to design contest mixes that optimize revenue for the business. We also work with our promotions, VIP, and CRM teams to understand the various cohorts of our customer base and the kinds of games and programs they respond to. This includes Pick6, one of the newest product releases at DraftKings. In this role, you will assist us in our efforts to bring the best daily fantasy product to our users and help drive results and growth for the business.WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A FANTASY REVENUE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATEContest creation and on-site merchandising.Assist in providing quality assurances to the DraftKings site to ensure accuracy.Provide necessary support for live scoring of sports such as Esports and Soccer as required.Support the Pick 6 product by assisting in setting player prop lines for each offered sport.Assist in the minting and creation of player NFTs for the Reignmakers game.Contributing to the execution and production of the team's weekly live streams for pack breaks.Support the creation of recipes for Reignmakers Trade-In.You will have a direct line of communication with management about the performance of our DFS product.For this position, you will work flexible days and hours (dependent on sport schedules) including nights and weekends.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGExperience of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience preferredPassion for sports, particularly fantasy sports.Ability to work flexible hours when needed.Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Can make and defend decisions when the problem’s answer may not be black and white.Fluency in English.#LI-OK1Join Our TeamWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
