In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:Junior procurement specialistDuties and responsibilities:- Organization and control of the product delivery process;
- Summarizing the requests submitted by the relevant departments and their submission to established suppliers;
- Monitoring the timely and correct execution of submitted requests: delivery terms, quantities, prices;
- Tracks the correctness of the invoices and documents accompanying the deliveries;Requirements:- Bachelor or
master's degree in economics;
- No experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience working with Excel;
- Very good oral and written English language level B2;
