Head of Equity Capital Markets

• Managing and leading Equity Capital Market (ECM) department to achieve target revenue from equity transactions i.e., financial advisory services, underwriting, placement, and M&A.
• Goal setting and communicate department strategy with company's CEO and Regional Capital Market at DBS Bank (Singapore).
• Planning for deals pitching, securing and ensure effective deals execution.
• Work closely and collaborate within and across departments e.g. banking unit, operations, settlement, legal, private banking, compliance, etc.
• To continue strengthen existing relationship with clients and expand client coverage and network to identify more deal opportunities.
• Relationship management with institutional investors and retail investor sales team to secure investor base and keep inform of investment appetite and investment style.
• Maintain deep understanding and trend knowledge of equities and the primary and secondary market for equities.
• Manage and strengthen team capability and skillsets, ensure fair and effective work delegation, and retaining staff
• Provide support and coaching to team members to ensure smooth workflow at the target timeline.

• Bachelor or master's in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other related filed
• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, and/or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Strong leadership, financial, conceptual skills, with the capacity to engage at various levels of the organization as well as external collaborators.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including financial statement preparation and business combinations.
