- Maintains and grows existing customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. Creates sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments.
- Develops relationships with and completes sales with assigned customer and/or regional bases. Converts non-customers into customers.
- Coordinates and attends territory tradeshows, shows, and seminars.
- Participates in pricing negotiations and purchasing contracts.
- Provide and conduct product pull through training and seminars with existing and/or assigned customers.
- To support the development of new products.
- To lead and/or assist any new applications and projects developments in market by coordinating with distributors, dealers, consultant, advisor to ensure their specifications remain with Franklin Electric.
- Able to handle service or technical product or related issues.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Instrument, Mechatronic, Renewable Energy). Having engineering license will be advantage.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in sales related to pump, motor, solar VFDs products or a related field. Has programing experience.
- Having experience in dealing with consultants, designers, contractors and government agencies will be advantage.
- Good communication in English (speaking and writing) and Thai.
- Able to travel in out of Bangkok and / or overseas.
- Be enthusiastic to learn and proactive.
- Process own car and driving license.
