Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, objectives, and budget constraints.
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel routes, transportation options, accommodations, and activities.
Present travel options and itineraries to clients, considering factors such as cost, time constraints, and special needs.
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle reservations and confirmations, including processing payments and issuing tickets and vouchers.
Assist clients with travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to resolve any issues or changes to travel plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
