- Perform bank reconciliations and accounts payable duties to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage property accounting tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the general ledger with meticulous attention to detail.
- Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bookkeeper role.
- Real estate experience and familiarity with the Rent Manager application are advantageous.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliations and accounts payable processes.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the the Legal Industry industry.
- You have working knowledge of Quickbooks and Rent Manager
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
