Property Renovation Coordinator

• Collaborating with designers, builders, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of property projects.
• Leading a comprehensive 300-step onboarding process with precision and efficiency.
• Skillfully negotiating with vendors and contractors to uphold high standards.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment by making swift decisions and communicating fluently in English.
• Managing and supporting your team to deliver tasks punctually and with excellence.
• Supervising property preparation, encompassing furniture setup and logistics, to ensure timely project completion.
• Resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the onboarding process.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm GMT

• Previous experience in property management or project management preferred.
• Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
• Detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve greatness.
