- Collaborate with the HR department to develop strategies for talent acquisition, engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Establish and optimize HR recruitment strategies, systems, and procedures throughout the organization.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the success and well-being of all team members.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Address recruitment-related concerns, grievances, or inquiries from candidates or team members, fostering positive relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR best practices in recruitment activities.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR recruitment best practices is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Prior work experience with the USA market (mandatory)
- C1 or above English level (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Predictive Index Test (desired)
