- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and document management challenges.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, including FileNet Capture and related applications.
- Work closely with the development team to facilitate the migration from FileNet Capture to IBM DataCap.
- Develop comprehensive user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support the adoption of IBM DataCap.
- Design and deliver structured training sessions for PBGC employees to ensure proficiency in using the new applications.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the transition period.
- Collaborate with change management teams to ensure effective communication and training strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in document management and training methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Trainer.
- Extensive background with IBM DataCap, including experience with migration projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in developing user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
- Experience with change management activities and facilitating structured training sessions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Business Analysis or Training.
- Experience with FileNet Capture and related applications.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Azure Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and application upgrades.
- Understanding of document management processes and best practices.
