- From small teams just spinning up to medium-sized orgs that are scaling, we design products that help the front office deliver a more connected experience for their customers. Offering an efficient B2B buying experience across a variety of channels is core to delivering that connected experience.
- We're transforming how our customers sell by building a sales experience that deeply integrates their sales pipelines with commerce data, providing greater efficiency, better reporting, and more accurate forecasting
- You'll be joining an existing leadership team with UX, PM, and Engineering peers. You'll work together to set the product strategy and operating system for the product line
- You'll work with your direct team of 2 managers and ~12 IC designers on design strategy and execution
- You'll partner with several UX leaders to create a healthy culture and sense of belonging in Commerce Hub
- Design at HubSpot is both grounded in experience design fundamentals and a deep belief that small autonomous teams are the best way to get excellent work in customer's hands.

- We deeply respect User Research and Content Design, and work closely and cooperatively with them whilst designing
- We carefully lead and maintain a high-functioning, usability-centered design system and design language with our front end teammates
- We're embedded on small teams with engineers and product managers in sane, sustainable ratios.
- Have partnered with product and engineering leaders to establish objectives, align on high-level strategies, and inspire teams to execute
- Bring demonstrated success delivering intuitive products - we value consumer-grade experience quality while solving enterprise problems
- Have a developed sense for balancing speed, quality, and consistency of design
- Have experience leading design or UX in B2B commerce and/or payments. Direct experience leading product-led growth design teams is highly desirable
- Practiced in coaching designers to identify and drive impact that is great for customers and good for business through clear and actionable feedback
- Can manage complex scenarios and drive clarity from ambiguity
- Co-create design strategy with peer leaders and designers and influence execution
- Several years of building and scaling a high-performing team of designers, leads, and managers
- Understand how to foster team health and bring a sense of mission as functional lead of a line of business. This includes creating a safe space for feedback, thoughtful team organization, aligning strengths to problems, and providing opportunities for career growth through additional responsibility or impact
