Customer Support Representative (Dutch speaking)

• Address customers' inquiries related to their usage of a new eCommerce app and purchases through chat and call, ensuring a thorough and smooth customer experience.
• Uphold a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Take charge and resolve instances where non-compliances arise.
• Aid the customer in making purchasing decisions by providing necessary details about products and services.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English (B1/B2).
• A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain composed in all situations.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Experience in a customer-oriented role will be considered a plus.
