- Address customers' inquiries related to their usage of a new eCommerce app and purchases through chat and call, ensuring a thorough and smooth customer experience.
- Uphold a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Take charge and resolve instances where non-compliances arise.
- Aid the customer in making purchasing decisions by providing necessary details about products and services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English (B1/B2).
- A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain composed in all situations.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Experience in a customer-oriented role will be considered a plus.
