The Republican National Committee is seeking a Digital Political Manager to join the Digital team. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing or politics. Additionally, the candidate is interested in being part of a team, collaborating with others, and working on long-term projects for the digital and political efforts of the RNC. This is an in-person position based in Washington DC.Successful candidates will be responsible for:Overseeing the marketing schedule for voter outreach emails, texts, and other online marketing efforts.Ensuring a smooth internal approval process for digital voter outreach content.Managing a dynamic workload of requests from internal and external teams.Actively communicating with and providing updates to different teams within the RNC.Establishing and maintaining processes to ensure the timely execution of long-term projects and external requests.Working with the digital team to track metrics, progress towards goals, and optimize content based on performance.Qualifications:Previous experience in digital marketing or politics is required.Strong organizational (including attention to detail) and project management skills.A self-starter, able to begin and see through long-term projects.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Strong communication skills and ability to work with and respond to requests from many different teams.Powered by JazzHR
