- Execute trade orders in a manner consistent with our best execution and risk management practices, as well as our policies and procedures
- Ensure the timely booking of all trades and dealing with settlement and trading related queries and any follow ups with counterparties and agent banks
- Develop over time an in-depth understanding of our investment philosophy, fund strategies and existing credit positions through active interaction and engagement with portfolio managers and credit analysts
- Leverage existing and build new relationships with credit trading desk at investment banks, brokers and other funds
- Gather, analyze and disseminate daily market and security intelligence to portfolio managers and credit analysts
- Source actionable credit investment buy and sell trade opportunities in collaboration with the portfolio managers and credit analysts
- Work and coordinate with internal and external parties on trading and portfolio management related tasks, including fund modeling and ramp-up support when requested
- Support the portfolio managers in portfolio management tasks including cash management, data quality, etc.
- 5 to 8 years of experience trading leveraged loans and high yield bonds and high yield debt
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong work ethic with attention to detail with a precision and risk management mindset
- Strong analytical and credit skills with an ability to apply those skills in a highly practical fashion

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes perofrmance based long term incentivves. Base pay range for this role is $275,000 - $330,000 and a performance base bonus and equity are part o the total compensation package.
