Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Research Faculty Evaluations data.Essential FunctionsDistribute, collect, record, and categorize all research material. Maintain institutional data and records. Respond to client requests and assess informational needs. Import faculty rosters and generate labels and reports for research and evaluation studies. Coordinate and establish workload priorities, and delegate and provide work direction to part-time employees to perform the daily operations of the Institutional Research Faculty Evaluations.Identify, develop, and maintain a variety of research materials and analysis for staff and clients in support of college planning, resource allocation, and decision-making efforts. Design instruments for data collection, and scan and process survey forms.Assist with the development and preparation of written reports as required by staff and clients. Use specialized software and equipment to design instruments for data collection.Orient staff in the use of software and equipment. Serve as leader on projects (e.g., scanning, survey printing, mailing, etc.) Provide departmental assistance in the delegation of workload for clerical support.Advise superior regarding procurement requirements and initiate purchases. Ensure adequate materials have been ordered and identify appropriate vendors and supplies.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:1. Associate's Degree or equivalent and three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.NOTE: A copy of the transcript reflecting this required education MUST be submitted for consideration and reflect completed coursework and degrees conferred. The candidate must be fully qualified for the position at the time of application.2. Highly effective (oral and written) communication skills.3. Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.4. Experience providing effective customer service.5.
