Enveloped by the melodies of birdsong in our courtyard, you’ll be transported to a world of enduring elegance and charm.About the roleResponsibility for the Spa Department policies and procedures and assist with the daily operation. Follows-up and gives all support for the duties of all subordinates staff in Spa Department. Assist with all Spa related services such as assistance with policies, philosophy and trainingWhat you will do1. Is very warm and welcoming when assisting guests; smiles and maintains eye contact
2. Keeps the work area neat, clean and quiet at all times
3. Is flexible with schedule when business demands change
4. Communicates in a clear manner; is easily understood; listens attentively; does not interrupt others
5. Responds properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
6. Utilizes log book, spa software and any scheduling chart and communicates relevant information to the staff, Organizes and schedules shifts7. Actively works with peers, subordinates, and Manager to build relationships based on trust and acceptance
8. Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by Assistant Manager /Spa Director; respects authority
9. Reports maintenance deficiencies, member concerns, guest comments, glitches, etc. to assistant spa manager/Spa Director
10. Knows amenities, equipment, products, treatments, packages, special current promotions of wellness, spa and health club including benefits, indications & contraindications
11. Understands all safety procedures specific to usage of spa and gym club equipment and products
12. Applies the qualities of discretion and maintains strict confidentiality at all times
13. Ensure therapists, receptionists and other SPA staff members regularly record guest preferences, accurately updating guest profiles.14. Reviews all suggestions, complaints and comments from guests and makes necessary adjustments.15. To participate in hotel committees and regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
16. The ability to manage the inventory of retail, assist with reordering of products and maximize profitability and revenue generation.
17. To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Spa Management.18. Ensures handover completed in the guest journey as per outlined standard, follows up on treatment experience, expectations and satisfaction and acts on any discrepancies. Provides a service that is responsible, spontaneous, personal and genuine
19. Adheres to the annual budget of department
20. Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guest and employees21. Properly handles and reports employee and guest accidentsWhat you bring
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language, proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong command of computer applications
  • A thorough understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment.
