They are now looking for an Agri-food Program Manager to drive their ambitious vision for the dairy industry forward.The role:In this role, you will be leading a boots-on-the-ground approach by collaborating with on-farm specialists, cooperatives and customers. You will be situated in Interfood's rapidly growing Sustainability Solutions function. You will have responsibility for the oversight of projects in several European countries. These projects focus on providing technical, logistical and knowledge-based solutions to solve the most pressing sustainability challenges.What you will be doing:You will work across scope 1, 2 , 3 programsYou will collaborate with project partners to make a meaningful impact and drive forward best practices in the industryYou will develop an implementation approach, monitor the results, and lead the adaption of projectsYou will innovate the approach and methodology used to place our client ahead in the industryYou will build a global network of customers, developing and sharing new knowledge on agri-food sustainabilityWhat you should bring:For this role, our client is looking for someone who is result-driven, innovative and has strong people skills. You need to have an ambition for sustainability and the drive to work in an ambitious, forward-thinking company.
