- Experience working in a Latin country, preferably in an indigenous area.
- Experience working in HIV/AIDS and/or sexual health.
- Experience in dissemination and research on health-related topics
- Skill in programming and database analysis.
- Skills in developing reports.
- Intermediate-High Spanish level
- Skills in facilitating processes and training adults.
- Physical ability to walk and work in a hot, tropical climate.
- Intercultural sensitivity.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and high level of flexibility
