- Support and train the front desk and reservations agents
- Set an example of excellent customer service skills
- Be able to communicate smoothly and efficiently among departments
- Effectively resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily rates and availability
- Share knowledge of local attractions, business locations and points of interest
- Assist the Front Desk Manager
- Excellent leadership, management and team building skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Fair judgment and consideration when making decisions
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- High School diploma required; secondary education preferred.
- 2 years of hotel experience or similar office experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Extended periods of standing and walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, carrying and lifting, and working in a kitchen.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, to reach, handle, grasp and communicate.
