Partner Data Integration and BI ManagerDescription -Job OverviewHP is a dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of leveraging data for informed decision-making. We are seeking a Partner Data Integration and Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing partner data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration, transformation, and storage of critical data for analysis and decision support.As the Partner Data Integration and BI Manager, you will play a vital role in the data management process, ensuring that partner campaign performance data is efficiently ingested, transformed, and integrated for business intelligence and reporting purposes. Your work will involve close collaboration with engineering, data science, analytics and media teams to streamline data processes and empower data-driven decision-making.Core ResponsibilitiesData Ingestion:
  • Integrate partner campaign performance data from diverse sources, including APIs, custom scripts, and data connectors.
  • Establish and maintain reliable data ingestion processes to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Data Transformation:
  • Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into a format suitable for analysis and reporting.
  • Address data quality issues, missing values, and normalize data as needed.
Data Integration:
  • Combine data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets.
  • Merge data on key identifiers, such as campaign IDs, dates, or user information, to enable cross-source analysis.
Performance Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor data pipelines for efficiency and performance.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring timely data processing.
Database and Warehouse Management:
  • Manage and maintain databases and data warehouses for storing processed data.
  • Ensure data is stored securely and is accessible for BI and analytical purposes.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data integration processes and changes.
  • Generate reports and insights from integrated data to support business decision-making.
Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 5+ of experience in data integration, data engineering, or business intelligence with focus on digital media.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.
  • Experience working with APIs, data connectors, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must have substantial experience with BI and data visualization tools within the digital media data context.
