Meat Mafia BBQ is seeking to employ a Chef de Partie to work at Swords Dublin . Duties include: 1. Prepare and cook high-quality Barbecue dishes in line with our menu specifications; 2. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation; 3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service; 4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize efficiency; 5. Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times; 6. Provide excellent customer service through direct interaction with patrons in our open kitchen setup. Applicant must have at least five years' experience as Head Chef . Salary: €34,000 per annum.
