We are actively searching for a Maintenance Specialist. This position has working knowledge of the following systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing with an emphasis in HVACR. Installs, maintains, and repairs all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems along with their associated equipment, which includes Building Automation Controls (DDC).Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent with excellent mechanical aptitude. Degree from a technical school preferred. Universal EPA refrigerant recovery certification. HVAC Journeyman licensure strongly preferred. A minimum of eight years’ experience with HVACR in building maintenance or service work required.
