Team Member - Airside

• Coordinate and oversee all airside operations activities, including aircraft movement, ground handling, and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards
• Manage and supervise a team of ground staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Implement and continuously improve airside safety measures and protocols
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize airside operations
• Participate in emergency response and contingency planning for airside incidents
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain airside infrastructure and equipment
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in the airports industry
• Demonstrated experience in airside operations and management
• Proven track record of leadership and decision-making in high-pressure environments
• Valid Airside Operations Certification
• Certification in Airport Safety and Security
