- Continuing pipeline of projects in the $10-20M in existing and active hospitals in the greater Broward County area?
- Experience on Healthcare Projects $10M+
- Already living or the ability to relocate to the Broward County area
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret various construction-related documents; i.e., Blueprints, Bid
- Annual performance review within 30 days of your anniversary
- Future advancement opportunities based on performance

- An established national construction firm specializing in design-build healthcare and Biomedical General Contracting projects, both private and government
- M-F work schedule; no weekends, occasional evenings
