We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual as an Entry Level Insurance Associate. In this role, you will work closely with senior insurance professional to provide a range of administrative support duties and assist with various tasks related to insurance policies and claims processing. To acquire an insurance license for the sale of insurance policies. Software training provided.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating and maintaining client information in our database
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide timely and accurate responses
- Process insurance policy applications and renewals
- Assist with filing and organizing insurance documents
- Provide administrative support to senior insurance professionals as needed
- Assist with claims processing and follow-ups with clients and adjusters
- Develop a basic understanding of insurance policies and industry regulations
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in insurance industry is a plus but not required- Positive, friendly, and motivated to assist with business development and social media.Entry level pay is $12.00 plus commission soon after trial period. This opportunity haspotential to make 50K plus. Background check will be implemented.
